If I need to check on my accounts, I simply pick up the telephone and call. A real person, who knows me, picks up the telephone. When I go into Ironstone Bank I am immediately greeted by name and never have to wait in long lines. Ironstone Bank is truly one of a kind - the customer service is far above any other bank I've ever used. I highly recommend them for all business owners. I found that the merchant services at Ironstone are the best bar none. They have no minimum fees and the lowest rates of any bank I have found. Ironstone is by far the best bank I have ever worked with. -

If you are a small business owner, I stronglyrecommend that you talk to Bill Finster about being able to accept Credit Card payments from your customers! They have a very reasonable program, and you are dealing with real people!
