very bad, said my credit score was lower than what it really was, over charged me for a car, didnt care about what was good for me just kept asking if i was going to buy the car or not. will never go back.
Really bad experienced, we bought an SUV , a week later they called us to tell me that we he had to return it because they couldnt finace it. They where well aware of my credit situation before doing the contract. The worst is that they never told us that the deal was a "may be". Also when we returned it thay treated us like trash, made us wait for a long time and didnt wanted to furnish any copies of the transfer from me to them.
Recent Customer: I just moved to the area and used Family Toyota for matinance on my '05 Tacoma, they have been very nice and pacient. I had severl issues my previous dealership could not fix but Family Toyota went out of their way to ensure it was resolved.
