I've lived in Tustin for all of my life and I can agree with every post here, the good and bad!
The lady who runs the store is a real sour puss, but the store, in general, has a good selection and decent prices.
If you're coming here to ask questions, forget it! Go to Orange. If you know exactly what you want, or you can put up with the sour puss attitude, then check out Tustin.
I've been there several times and the above is an accurate depiction of my experiences.
The people who run this store have a real attitude problem. Completely unfriendly. Don't go here.
I've only been here twice. I will probably never set foot in that store again. They've got some pretty awesome things in there but the service was terrible. The lady who was running the store had a frown on her face and was extremely unhelpful. She said to me and my boyfriend at the time in the most demeanoring tone ever, "Um, if your planning on buying something you need to buy it now. I'm trying to go on a lunch break and I need to close up the shop. If your just looking around you need to leave. Hurry it up." She then kind of followed us around the shop looking at us with this look of disgust and sighing impatiently. Then she told us to leave a few minutes later. Talk about great customer service. And lady if your reading this, we were going to make a few purchases, but after your extremely negative attitude we decided against it. I dont know if you've ever heard of this thing, it's called smiling. It actually attracts customers and makes people feel welcomed. You should try it sometime if your capable of it.
