    This branch is everything I want an IHOP to be. The parking lot is safe and ample, the service is fast and polite, and your order will be correct and hot. You know IHOP isn't gourmet, but when I'm in the mood for IHOP this is the one I drive to, because the service is so much better than the Irvine and HB IHOPs where my order is consistently wrong and I have to wait a half hour just to be seated and then ignored for another 10 minutes at the table.

    Food good service is slow: Good food, but service is slow. Try it for the food.
