Tustin Lanes discriminates against people with disabilities. My daughter who has dwarfism, requested a lighter ball and was refused because she is older than 9 years old. The staff was extremely rude to my daughter. When I explained to the staff and the manager that they were discriminating under the Americans with Disabilities Act, they didn't care. They told me policy is policy, no exceptions. I spoke to the general manager two days later and inquired about a modification of the policy to make exceptions for little people. Of course, she wouldn't do anything about it either. She didn't see it as discrimination. This establishment is breaking the law under the Americans with Disabilities Act. They are also lacking in good customer service skills. No one should frequent this business until they modify their policies so as to not discriminate against people with disabilities. The staff's behavior was atrocious.

Its not as bad as people say it is... Its a nice place to take the family ! no explicite music! its mellowed out! but still fun!

I went there for Friday Night Rock & Bowl, they really should call it "Blast out your eadrums with nothing but Rap & Bowl. Very disappointing.
