I had to call 3 times, and in the end didn't get any help. The guy who answered the phone sounded like he was half asleep and mumbled alot. In the end they told me to go to the web site and gave me some advise the "should" work. Useless.......

Your experience with this business will depend on what you are there for. If you just want access to the machines in order to make your own copies or prints, then this is a great place to go. I've spent many a night there cranking out rush jobs, and the equipment is up to the task. The problem with this Kinko's, however, is the reason I'm usually doing it myself. If you have to go to the counter, forget any reasonable turnaround time. I always feel like I'm imposing on the staff, and even the smallest jobs are met with a ridiculous time estimate. I recently went in, needing just 20 copies of a document that was about 30 pages long. No binding; nothing fancy. This time I knew I would beat the system, because I was dropping it off on the way to a lunch meeting, and I wouldn't need it for two hours. I was told it couldn't possibly be ready until the following day. One of the other employees overheard this exchange, and to his credit, stepped up and said he could do it right then. That was great, but when I returned, he was gone and no one could find the order. Certain businesses, including copy shops, need a sense of urgency. This Kinko's does not have that.
