User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWhy offer the "Perfect Prime Rib" when you have already ran out? My party and I went in at 7pm and the waitress came by and mentioned that their special tonight was the perfect prime rib. So everyone ordered their food and I decided to try the special. The waitress came back 30 mins later and told me that they ran out and asked if I would like to try to Ribeye instead. My fiancee asked about the price and the waitress lied to us and told us that it was cheaper but when I got the bill, it was the most expensive one in their menu.
This is not the first time they ran out of their special in such a short time. My family have gone before and had the same exact thing happen to them. This place is shady. No wonder the wait was so short.-

My fiance' and I went for dinner and the service was great. The waiter we had was always there for whatever we needed, but the food was sub par. We ordered the Super Top Shelf Margarita and let me tell you I have had better Applebees' Top Shelf Margarita is amazing compared to this drink. If you want super sour taste along with heart burn later, then I suggest this drink. As far as the food, very bland not much taste and little portions for the outrageous prices. But please note this is just my opinion judge for yourself.

My wife and I went to the one in Cerritos. We both ordered Hamburgers (different kinds) which were so overcooked we may as well have been eating Play-Dough and the buns were made of some kind of synthetic bread material. There was very few people in the restaurant but it took over thirty minutes from the time we ordered until our meal was served. We never went back.

Same thing at same location. I went to the Cerritos one when it opened. The staff wasn't very bright, but pleasant. Just an expensive let down.
