Our true passion for cooking, we've found is best expressed in sharing our many, many years of experience as chefs in fine restaurants. Our goal each day is to help someone discover or re-discover a love for food preparation and presentation. We realize that people have a lot of options in the world of cooking classes. We have set out to show them all how it's done. We offer small classes of a maximum of 12 people with the exception of our French Macaron classes (up to 14 people). Every student gets involved with every recipe. Recipe packets are clearly written with step by step methods. Techniques are demonstrated in an entertaining and memorable manner in a state-of-the-art kitchen design studio with individual work stations. So grab a friend, bring a bottle of wine, and come take part in an adventure through the kitchen that will teach you culinary skills and techniques from the best-of-the-best, as well as re-ignite your passion to explore, laugh, and savor.
