User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWorst buying experience...: I have been leasing cars for the last 15 years, most of the time I encountered more pleasant experience than frustration. Recently I leased a MDX with this dealer, but be warned that they are very skillful at bait and switch technique. They can make all kinds of promises so as to lure you closing the deal; things will be different when you step into the finance office to sign the contract. Let me share part of my experience about this dealer; the sales manager promised to do a lease return for my old MDX and will absorb all outstanding balance including excessive mileage, wear and tear etc etc. At first, my impression was that they will pay off my old car and asked me to complete the transfer process. For some reasons, they decided to do a lease return by asking me to roll over the outstanding balance to the new lease. I said thats fine as long as they responsible for remaining balance on the old lease. After the contract was signed, the Due Bill which I received stated that 'will pay Honda Financial excessive mile, excessive wear and tear, sold as equipped' , NOW this is the tricky part, with a handwriting on the due bill, '$1500 worth' was placed by someone. Two weeks later, when I received a final statement from America Honda asking for $2100+ with unpaid payment, I called the dealer, who argued that they would make payment for only $1500. They dont even want to talk to me and return any phone calls I left. What a nightmare! its all on you own; the deal is done, at least at their end.

I had the exact same thing happen with this dealership to the T!!!! They even tried to role over more excess mileage than what was to be there stating the charges were 20 cents per mile. I reviewed my lease contract which showed 15 cents. I have leased 1 car here and just made a purchase, but NEVER AGAIN!!! The sales manager is very sly!
