    I'm sorry to hear about the horror stories that other customers experienced but to be fair, my wife and I had a great time.

    PROS:
    - Great location. Only a 15 minute walk to the Disneyland gate.
    - Great room layout. It's clear that this location used to be apartments / condos.
    - Awesome buffet-style breakfast
    - Friendly staff
    - Full kitchen in rooms.

    NEUTRAL:
    - Moderately high prices for snack / foods.

    CONS:
    - No real cons.

    I never write these reviews, but after the way I was treated at this Motel, I must let other travelers know. My credit card was stolen, but was found. It was an employee of this motel. When I ask for them to be held accountable, I was ask to leave the motel.
    To this date they have never paid me back, So a $1200 vacation has cost me over $5000
    These people are crooks

    NEVER NEVER go to this Hotel!!!!!!!!! This has to be the worst Hotel in Orange County! The staff is so un-friendly, un-cooperative, and downright rude, it is un-believable! All they are concerned about is getting your money, and after that, you can go to hell as far as they are concerned!
    It is a dirty place and I have heard many horror stories about it from other previous guests.
    Marriott should clean house and start over with a whole new staff.
    They should be ashamed of themselves for allowing people to be treated like they are. Also, when you leave the room, take your valuables with you!!!!!!!!
