I was going on line t see if I could find a place where Icould drop off laundry and i read about the poor customer service. Just so you know, when I do business, I stick with them for a long time and I try to always bring them more business. However, since this place doesn't understand the concept of keeping customers, I will not even bother giving this
place a shot of my business. What saddens me is that it takes so much money and time to not only start a business, but keep on going and yet this business could not make a sacrefice for this longtime client, especially these days-Times are hard even for the best companies out there. Perhaps if I hear a good thing about this laundry place, I may reconsider.

dont waste your time going here!
i went here regularly (1 or 2 times a week) for 4 years because it's pretty clean, there's an attendant there when it's open in case there's an issue. i went out of my way to go here, lived 5.5 miles away to do laundry here.
this place uses cards instead of coins for the machines. so you pay $1 deposit for this plastic card, insert the card into 1 of 2 vending machines to add money, then use the card on the washers/dryers. they can do anything with these machines, check activity of a card, add credits, it does everything. you can also register your card by filling out a form in case it gets lost or stolen.
one night my laundry just finished washing & realized i didnt have my card after putting money on it. i told this to the guy that was working, he didnt speak english, he had to have a 12 year old kid translate, had the kid tell me there was nothing he could do. i understand their policy of no refunds, sometimes nothing really can be done, but it's good customer service to at least ask if i registered my card (which i had), mark it as missing, take my name phone # down in case my card turns up, all that is something. sometimes policies CAN be broken or tweeked if you know a customer has been going there for a long period of time and in good standing, this place would rather lose a customer than the $6 value of what was on my card, they dont care about people. i'm not pleased about being out the money, even though it's not much, but it bothers me more that the guy's didnt even bother to have good customer service skills about it.

Nice laundromat! Great experience. Nice and clean. Attendant is very helpful.
