Horrible night at Angel Stadium. We went there for Little League. The boys got to walk the field at 1 PM (which took all of 10 minutes). Then we had to leave and we could either sit in the parking lot for the next four hours or leave and come back.
Apparently the only liquid you can bring in to the Stadium is water, so the CSC offical decided to make my seven year old feel like he had done something wrong for bringing in Gatorade. We had to either throw it away or take it back to the car. Of course, you can buy it inside. I am so tired of paying good money for crappy seats. My older son bought a rally monkey at the souveniour shop. His ticket had the right color to receive a discount. After waiting in line where he bought it for 20 minutes at the end of the game we found out we could only receive the discount at the team shop. We walk down to the team shop as they are locking it up. Then the CSC supervisor puffs his chest out at me as we tried to go back the way we came. I'll just watch the game at home if I want. There's no buzz at Angels Stadium anyway. Its always a drag.
I love Angels Stadium, I just wish you could get tickets easier that going to the stadium and being over charged when you send for them. What a rip off almost $10 just to buy a ticket on top of the price !! Still..... GO Angels, I love um !!
