User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThey're very straight people . It took them 2:30 hrs for oil change and few other service . cant complaint only because i didnt have any appointment and it was saturday . but as for service , everything is legit ! even vaccum,car wash .
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDon't expect them to answer their phone you may be better off sendin a telegraph and hopeing for a response. I let the phone ring for three straight min with no answer so I hung up and called back and the same thing.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! worst possible service! I had to wait 4 hours for an oil change. They told me it would take an 1 to 2 hours at the most. They did not even call to tell me it would take more time. When I came back after 4 hours I had to wait again for 30 minutes for them to get my car. They were rude and did not apologize for the inconvience. BEWARE of this dealer!
update:
I called the manager. He was understanding + apologized and I'm glad he took care of the situation. I dont know why the other workers cant be as polite and give the right kind of "customer service" to the customers.
