Not one thing went wrong; everything was just perfect including Kim and Diane. My day would not have been as special without these two wonderful ladies by my side. I had so many complements about the entire day. The venue, the ceremony, the reception, how beautiful everything was, how awesome Chris, my DJ was. The staff kept everything moving right along and I couldn’t be happier with the turn out. A very special thanks to Kim and Diane, you guys were absolutely wonderful. Kim was always so nice, with a big huge smile on her face no matter when or where I saw her. Diane by my side the entire crazy day telling when and what I was supposed to do and when, including breathing!!! Just spectacular ladies and I will recommend them to everyone I know. My DJ!! Chris from Silver Disc Entertainment. What a guy. He did my ceremony and reception and he was fabulous. He performed my ceremony perfectly, keeping it light but helping make everyone happy at the same time. During the reception, so many people came to me to praise Chris and how he was so upbeat and just kept everything moving perfectly. Everyone was happy. I don’t know how many times I said perfectly in this letter but I have to say again that my very special day was absolutely perfect and I thank you guys from the bottom of my heart. As a customer service professional with over 40-years of experience, I know, understand and appreciate quality customer service. In my opinion, you and your staff provide superior customer service in a superb manner! Your expertise and attention to detail, along with that of your staff, resulted in an experience that can only be described as outstanding. Our compliments to the catering staff as well. The food was delicious and the presentation pleasing. Many of our guests commented on the tastiness of both the buffet selections and the appetizers. The cake was as delicious as it was beautiful! We could not have asked for anything more. To borrow an old baseball analogy, "You hit it out of the park!" In addition, your list of DJ and photographer referrals was most helpful. As you know, we ultimately selected Chris Lee of Silver Disc Entertainment and George Fenton of Fenton Photography. Both were terrific, easy to work with, and both added immensely to the success of our event, particularly Chris' role as Emcee. Please feel free to share this letter with potential clients. The pl...See MoreThere are not enough words to use to explain our experience having our wedding at the Garden Room in Garden Grove. The place is beautiful. The staff was so sweet including Ricky the security guard. Kim is the best!!! There was no time to be nervous or stress about anything Kim was always there to ensure that everything was perfect. The pictures on the Garden Room website are beautiful however does not do the Garden Room justice. Once you walk into the Garden Room you will know its the place you want to spend that special day. We, along with our family and friends will be referring everyone to the Garden Room. Thanks to the Garden Room in Garden Room and a special thanks to Kim. The Harrisons p.s. Go AngelsI don't know if you are booking an event with the garden room, if you are when you pay the first payment they will give you Their list. Our DJ which is the first in the list is not some random dude, he is a pro. Look up silver disc entertainment. Hope this helps.04/19/11
