User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis is one of the worst petsmarts I have ever seen. People are not friendly in this location specially the management. The girl personnel manager is very weird and not happy at all. You would think that people would at least try to smile and be happy to work with animals but not this one. She looks disturbed. Petsmart needs to pay more attention of who they hire.

A Professional Groomer -

If you only knew that Petsmart uses cheap diluted shampoos and then puts your dog in a cage to dry. Lovely. Oh, and you can walk off the street and they will train you. That's it the blind leading the blind. Most groomers there are not all that good cuz if they were, they'd have their own shop. Trust me.

I'm sorry, but what "A Professional Groomer" said is NOT true. The shampoos work just as well as others priced twice as much. And we don't leave them in the cage to dry. Any good groomer will dry the dogs right after their bath. In our salon, we are not allowed to leave a soaking wet pet in the kennel. They must be dried, unless they don't let you. Lastly, we are required to be a bather before we are even promoted to a stylist. I had to wait 2 years before I got sent to their grooming school. That was a 4-week course and then I had to complete another 8 weeks of training and submit a portfolio before I was even promoted. So, I'm sorry, but PetSmart has the HIGHEST safety standards of any private or corporate groom shop. And I'm sorry that not every good groomer can't have their own shop - the economy does suck you know.

You Suck. You have no idea what you are talking about.I have always had great experiences at this location. I have been shopping and using the grooming salon for over 10 years. Granted the management (not Kristy) needs improvement. You have no clue how difficult it can be to deal with idiots like you everyday. Shop somewhere else.
