Loaning is very specific and the rules are set for us, not by us. Buying means you are selling an item to us. Selling is us selling an item to a customer. If we are busy, show patience we don't try to cause problems. We are here to help when you need it. We don't take everythings or make everyone happy, but we do our best to help.

WORST PLACE! my mom took her ring and they changed the dimond into a fake on! worst customer service. im looking into a way to sue them.. DON'T TAKE YOUR STUFF THERE!!

WORST PAWN SHOP EVER!
these people are out to get what u have. they ripped my friend off on things he sold. right when u walk in they act like your going to rob the store. i called once to get the time they were closing and the lady said were closed already and hung up! didnt even give me a time or when they open just hung up. WORST customer service and WORST place to pawn anything! i hate this place and would not recommend it to any one!Comments (1)

You can't make everyone happy! If you think it is worth $100 and it resells for $50.00 and we offer $25.00 is that ripping people off? Like the new pawn shop on cable shows. What you think it is worth and what it is worth are 2 different things. We open at 10 and close at 6. We all have children and want to go home at the end of the day. Sorry if someone was rude, but don't wait until the last minute to take care of your business.....

Sorry that this person does not understand about the process of loaning on an item. First. every item is checked when coming in. At the time of the loan it is placed in a envelope and stapled shut with the original paperwork. By LAW NOBODY opens any envelope until the time of pick up. When the loan is paid the envelope is opened in front of the customer and handed to the customer. At NO Time was this item EVER out of the envelope to change out the stone. Next, the stone was less than a 10 point diamond. We have bags of these stones, What would be the point to switching out merchandise. If this customer has a problem then we are willing to go to court to resolve it. By LAW we have video evidence and paperwork evidence that shows that we DID NOT switch anything. Perspective is all a matter of opinion. We have been here for over 40 years with 100's of repeat customers. We NEVER switch merchandise. There is no benefit in it for anyone. If I could give this buyer a review I would say, Take us to court. The last time we went the judge laughed at the customer and found us in the right. Again. Paperwork and 24 hour video backup!
