Although I live across the river in Ventura, I am so glad I made the short trip to Dch Toyota of Oxnard when I was looking to purchase our brand new 2007 Toyota Prius. I used to sell cars for a living about 30 years ago, so I knew all the old typical sales closing lines. I hated them! When shopping for cars in the past, I used to get headaches from all the sales ploys. Dch Toyota wasn't anything of the sort. The salesperson who sold us our Prius was an educator of sorts, informing us of all the features of the car. When it came to negotiating a price, I had already done my research on various websites and knew what a fair price was for the model we wanted. Guess what? The salesperson said they were very serious about making us a great deal and he cut to the chase and said a figure that was the lowest the dealership would take. That figure was less than what the websites said was a fair price, so we accepted the deal without any further grinding.
Over 2 years later, I have to say our Toyota Prius has been the best car I've ever owned. I had never owned a Toyota before and although they are a little more than other comparable brands, you really do get what you pay for.
But the story is not over. During the 2+ years of ownership, I've always had my regular service completed at Dch Toyota of Oxnard. Their service department is awesome! They are so professional and efficient.
Dch Toyota of Oxnard ranks highest in my book of all the car dealerships I've ever dealt with. I'm sure I will be visiting them for my next new car, and I heartily recommend them to all.

Bought a beautiful new Prius and, after owning it for just over two months, had a huge problem with a repair. By the end of the week they had replaced my beautiful new Prius with a different new Prius.
They could have blown me off, they could have just verbally agreed to take care of any future related issues, they could have written a statement saying they'd cover future related repairs, or they could replace the car. Who reading this would assume they would do the later.
No one wants problems with a new car but it happens. The dealership doing the best to meet my needs should be normal but we all know customer service isn't what it used to be - this was.
To top it all off they were so incredibly nice about it.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone. And Luke is a great salesman!
I bought a new 2006 Tundra over the Internet and got the best price in California. I drove from the San Francisco Bay area and picked it up.
The service has been outstanding. I left it in for service today and they gave me a ride home and are on their way to pick me up.
I can't relate to the other negative feedbacks.
