User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHorrible.. Is the best way to describe this place. First they tried to tell me they didn't know the KBB value on a used vehicle I was interested in ( come to find out it was $7000 on a car they wanted to sell to me for over $10,000) and then thought that I was so uneducated that I couldn't figure out they wanted to charge me 24% interest four year loan on an $8000 car loan. They did not want to disclose any information and then tried to shame me on my average credit rating. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE treatment from everyone from the sales guy to the financing manager.

Sales Team is HORRIBLE!! They wanted $2000 over KBB and my banks suggested fair price. Then, they originally offered to give me $2500 for my trade in, a 03 Avalanche, because it had 75k miles. Their vehicle was an 06 with 41k miles!! They did offer me up to $3000 because it was a Z71 and it had a BOSE sound system. How nice of them!! I couldn't believe it, I asked for my keys and walked away. Two days later I got a call from them, asking me if I'm still interested in the truck. "It's getting a lot of attention, so please make sure you give me a call before you head up" he said. I was so turned off by them that I decided to keep my Chevy until the wheels fall off!! I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE THAT WANTS TO BE TREATED FAIRLY.
