Pure Frustration!! My car was towed to Barber Ford Service on the 4th of July, the shop is closed weekends. Early (7:45am)Monday morning I received a call from Jimmy, asking what was wrong with my car. My response was "you tell me". He hadn't looked at it or tried to start it. I related what the tow truck driver told me and he said it would be checked out. I had to call 3 times and finally was told that a worker had called in sick and they would have to keep the car overnight but would get back to me. I waited until mid afternoon on Tuesday and called Jimmy, left a message on his cell phone. Later called the office and Stacy said she would check, I was told the tow truck driver had left the key in the car and the battery had run down so they had been charging the battery all day. No one had bothered to call me and inform me. I decided to have the car towed elsewhere. This incident reminded me of why I have not used Barber Ford for service after having had 2 other events where service has been poor.
