I would like to tell you about my experience with the employees at your dealership and explain to you the situation from my point of view.
I first contacted the dealership on the 16th or 17th of May regarding a 2006 Honda Pilot in your used car inventory. I submitted an interest online and was contacted by a Max Holzer. In speaking with Max I was informed that the car was on special for a price of $14,000. Later that day I received an email from Max that the best price they could give me was $13,850 plus all fees. On Monday the 21st I again went to the website to see if the car was still there and saw that not only had it been on special over the weekend, but the price had now been dropped to $13,500. The weekend special had the car advertised at the price of $11,990. I was in shock and total disbelief…. Had I bought the car for $14,000 out the door the previous week, I would have paid more than the advertised price plus fees. How does an offer like that get rejected?
Funny thing is that the General Sales Manager just contacted me and told me that the car was on ad this weekend for $13,500.... He told me I might be right... This place sucks for Customer Service!!!
Horrible service.
I took my 98 Accord in for an alignment after the car was lowered. they did that and told me I need camber kits. Clint Stremcha told me if I have the camber kits installed with in a month. I can bring the car back and they will re-align the car for me no charge. so I went home installed the adjustable camber kits and brought my car back 1 week later. they took my car in and about 45 minutes later it was done. however after 45 minutes of waiting, they did NOTHING to my car. I looked at the alignment sheet and compared it to the one i had the week before. they made no adjustment to it, so I still have bad alignment. I asked Mr. Stremcha why is my cambers still bad, why didn t the tech. person adjust it? and Mr. Stremcha told me that they would charge me $185 to adjust the rear only. he said they would have to remove the camber kit, adjust it and install it back on the car. (which is all lies), because the camber kit that I had was adjustable, it would take the tech. guy only 5 minutes most to adjust it. all he had to do is twist the adjustable nuts.
it s sad that they had my car up on the lift and wouldn t want to twist two nuts to adjust the camber for me even though they said they would re-adjust the camber once I had the camber kits installed.
So I left and went straight to Firestone to get the alignment again because DCH Honda wouldn t want to do what they had promised me.
and Woala, Firestone did the magic and adjust my rear camber kits back to manufacture specs without having to remove the camber kit and charging me $185.
DCH Honda just wants to drain my hard working money by telling me that the job is way harder than it actually is.
Dave Ingland is awesome!! - Purchased my Honda from DCH Honda of Oxnard last week. The experience was surprisingly very pleasant. Dave Indgland is the most patient sales person I have ever dealt with (this is my 10th car purchase). DCH Honda of Oxnard has culture of keeping customers happy and it shows in every individual I came across at the dealership. This dealership is a great example of how a car sales business should be ran. Great Job!!
