The staff was friendly to both my girlfriend unlike the previous review but the foor is average at best. The food is served within minutes of ordering....because they don't do much to it. Neither one of us like the chow mein, it had some sort of smokey burnt flavor both times we ate there. Their mongolian beef is basicly beef with huge bitter chives. The fried rice and sweet and sour schrimp were good but those are simple to make. The prices are good but you get what you pay for. If you want some excellent chinese try P.F.Chang's in T.O. or Woodland Hills, it's more expensive but well worth it.
My boyfriend and I ordered takeout. There was a question about our order -- a man I assumed to be the manager came up to us and asked my boyfriend the question. Since it had to do with my meal, my bf turned to me and I answered, but the 'gentleman' continued to address my boyfriend and refused to acknowledge that I was even standing there. I stepped directly in front of him and spoke, to see if I was imagining the slight, but still he acted as though I did not exist. I have heard that Asian men have a different perspective on how to treat women but if you want repeat business in America, you'd better treat all customers with respect!! The food was mediocre at best -- but that could have been tainted by my ire!
Ordered dinner 2 small portions, they did not even fill the small container half way full, both were 1/4 full and the lady had a argument on the phone with me, telling me they allways fill like that which is not true, we have ordered from them for years they have all ways filled the containers. They charged me for the small price which was $7.00 a piece but only gave me about $1.50 worth of food very disappointed will not be going back......
