User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsThe food is pretty good, and not too expensive. The salad bar is excellent - my 6 year old son wanted seconds! You have to pay for a salad refill, but the bowl is HUGE - this would make an excellent $5 lunch for anyone.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI get Topper's Pizza about once a month. The last time I wanted some, I placed an order for a large one-topping pizza for pick-up over the phone. The person on the phone told me my pizza would be ready in 12 minutes. About 15-20 minutes later, I entered the restaurant, but the location had either forgotten about my order or lost it. Without me complaining about it or asking for compensation, the person at the register immediately apologized for the mistake and offered me a complimentary salad bar and soft drink while I waited for my pizza to be made. I declined her offer, but when they handed me my pizza, they also handed me a coupon entitled "We Goofed" that was good for a free large one-topping pizza. I thought the way the people there handled the mistake was very classy and demonstrated a commitment to great customer service. They left me with no doubt that I will continue to patronize their restaurant.

They have done the same with me. Most of the time I have never had to wait more than 30 min for a pizza to be delivered but recently it was over 45min and when I called, they had cancelled the order due to my husband not picking up the phone when they called to get clarification on something. I was abit upset but asked them to complete the order and knew we would have to wait another 30 min. I was pleasantly surprised that they delivered the new pizza within less than 15 min and still provided us a "We Goofed" coupon now that is what I call service. You cannot find a better place.
