valencia5caThe only review in here that seems incorrect would be your's. It's not a conspiracy against the Simi Valley store. It's that they are honestly EXTREMELY unhelpful, immature, slow.....I could think of some more choice words, but I am choosing to hold back. I have had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS with these people from day 1 and no one has ever apologized for their actions. When they make a mistake, they blame it on you as if you have some control over their brain function.03/18/11 -

Bought 2 new droids devores, both have been taken back numerous times. Trying to get them to help you with bad phones is a joke. VERY BAD SERVICE. Phones are not even 4 months old, nothing but problems from first night. They are willing to do a trade but it will cost me another 400.00 plus fees.
