My defintion of drive thur service is order, pay, get my order and go. On 11/30 about 6:00 pm I place an order for 5 combos at the Arvin, CA 93203, drove to window paid, and was told to drive to the curb and park or park on the other side of building. I politely stated that I would wait for my order here. As I sat there waiting for my order I heard a girl tell the boy who took my order that next time somebody comes in with a big order dont take the order, force them to come inside. I resent that remark, in a suttle way I was told that you do not want my buisness. The many times that I gone to you I have never seen a sign stating limited combo orders in drive thur only. Also I can't belive that your staff, ask that your customers break the law by driving to the other side of building. No way, you know the setup, The only ways to the other side is to drive in front of building, or drive on to main make 2 u"s and come back into your yard. Your staff should be allowed more time for drive thur service, because this all about beating the timer, which is unfair to your customer. I have never been told to do this by Mcdonald. And I always order 5 meals. If I drive in front of your bldg or drive onto main to get back to the other side. What will happen? if I get cited or get hit by a car, just to get to the other side. You and I both know that I will be contacting my attorney. I average dine-out for my family of 5, about 2 times a week. That is about 70 to 80 dollars a week. I like your food. Let me know if you want my buisness or I will gladly let Mcdonald take your revenues away. Your choice. I will one more time take a chance on you in the near future. If asked to go to the other side, or they refuse to take my order by drive thur. Then you will, leave me no choice I will find other fast foods joints that will take my money and give me better service. And I will inform all my friends and family about your service. Please resolve this problem.
