All In The Sand witch slices there meat and cheese Fresh every day
the salads are fresh maked from scratch as are the cookies
so thay are way more fresh than subway

All In The Sandwich 6 inch $4.95 - $5.25
However subway uses a quarter pound of meat and double meat costs $2.00 extra, and all in the sandwich uses almost a full pound of meat which is 4 times the regular and twice the double meat of a Subway sandwich. Pricey maybe, but definately worth it.
