I'm actually surprised to see all the negative reviews. I haven't really compared prices, but I've never had any complaints with the services I've received. I do have to say that I have been very pleased with the alteration services.

Not what you would expect from a family business: First time I went, I was pleased. The second time I went, I got my dress back with a large stain down the front. I decided to give it another try. The last time I went, one of my sweaters came back ripped and snagged from where it had been stapled with someone else's tag. My phone calls to the manager were never returned and when I finally reached him after a week, I was only offered a credit on my account, a credit I will never use. I wish I had better things to say about this business as I hope to support local businesses, but they already cost me too much money.

I'll drive to Hanford!!!: This place is EXPENSIVE and EMPLOYE'S are very RUDE.
If it wasn't for OUR city Officials and Our NAVAL Base these People would not last.With gas price's high, I dont mind driving to Hanford at least your TREATED with RESPECT and you your Garments turn out the way they should.
