User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsMyself and a friend paid for the buffet, and left within 10 minutes with disgust. I would rather go to Asia Garden for sit down, or the Donut Factory for a quick meal.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI also highly disagree with I Like to Eat, this is the best chinesse food in Porterville for the price and the service is not bad at ALL. I have a 11 year old daughter and she loves it.

The food here is some of the best i have tasted at a buffet in a small town area. Food is good, but service is this buffet downfall i understand these servers are working hard at what they are doing, but after 4 visits i came to think it wasn't a mistake. I 3 times in a row have waited at my table for my cup of water to be refilled for longer then 30 mins and at 1 time even asked for it then waited 15 mins for the waitress to return. Understand there is food for the whole family granpa, dad, mom, even the littlest of ones, but if you got to wait 10+ mins for a refill on your drink some come to wonder is the food as good as it really taste if you can eat it to your hearts content with nothing to wash it down. So i give quantity and quailty of the resturant food a 4, and it's service a all time low 1.

i think some one is clearly exaggerating here because as a waitress from New China Restaurant i can tell you if we ever left a customer without their drink for 45MINS some one would have been FIRED! In 8years that I have worked there this had never happened!We always make sure our customers get their drink right away.Even if we are packed,I can GUARANTEE your drink will not take even 5mins to get to your table! I am shocked someone would trash our service like that!
i have eaten here a few times and it has always been very good and the customer service has been great but hey you cant please evryone
