User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsGot a tattoo back when Lou first opened his shop, that part still looks okay went back about 4 years later got a piece covered up that ruined my tat completely...Lou used a toothpic to draw it on my leg and it caused scar tissue....therefore making my tattoo un fixable....I live in Las Vegas now where I have an abundance of artists....don't go to Lou's go to Fresno
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLou put my first ink on me 10 years ago, and the color holds up enough for people to ask when, "I got my work done." I tell them 10 years and they crap. I was back 4 years ago and got another superb piece that I still marvel when I take a break from life and stop, look, and smile. Lou's is the place for that type of nostalgia.

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsLou, Kim and Louis are not only great people but they are great at what they do. Lou has been doing tats for 15 years and his ability to read and create is un-real. The are the only game in town. The best in the valley.
