User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI love Starbucks, but EVERY time I go I order the same drink and always ask for NO WHIP, and whenveer this dumb older lady works, she ALWAYS puts whipped cream on it. I always have to hand it back and ask politely to remake it, and not just scrape the whip off,, and she gives me attitude. Excuse me, but I am very specific about my drink and do not deserve attitude when THEY mess it up.
