    WARNING!! WARNING!! - If you leave your car at this dealership for service and it is broken into and vandalized, the dealership will not accept responsibility! We left our mint condition Ford F250 overnight for routine service. The truck was parked in the back lot by the service department and left UNLOCKED! Someone entered Holiday Ford and damaged four customer owned vehicles that were in for service. My truck was the only one left unlocked and the people stole my in-dash DVD player, tore my dash out, cut my leather seats, stole numerous personal property items out of the vehicle, cut wires, broke my center console, dented my door, and on and on and on.....

    I was told by the Service Manger that they would take care of everything and that they forgot to lock my truck. Two weeks later, I still did not have my vehicle. Their insurance company called me with the "BAD" news; Holiday Ford was NOT responsible for the damage and or theft done to my truck even though it was on their property behind a locked gate.
    The asked us to come and get our truck "As Is".

    BEWARE - You might take your new beautiful vehicle to this dealer for a repair (under warranty) and your vehicle may get returned to you in undriveable condition!!

    I'm appalled by the fact that Holiday Ford would feel that this so called Customer Service is acceptable. I would be embarrased to work for a corporation that would send a repeat customer down the road with nothing more than a "Tough Luck". How could this be ok?

    I've come to the realization that maybe it was stupid to leave personal property inside of the vehicle while it was remaining there overnight (even though I didn't know this when I dropped it off in the morning). Anyhow, so they wont cover my personal property, maybe I could live with that (don't fully agree) but to not even fix the dash and the cut wires and the seats that were ripped? Seriously? And the others....

    What about the other vehicles that were damaged? Well, two of those other vehicles had their tires and wheels stolen right off them in the lot! These vehicles were left on jack-stands! Can you imagine getting the phone call telling you to come and get your vehicle, "We serviced it however, you'll have to go spend thousands of dollars buying new rims and tires before you can drive it home.....sorry....oops, not our fault!" ???????

    As you can tell, I'm NOT at all happy with this dealership. They might be great at selling you a car but heaven forbid you have to take it in for service!! I wouldn't even give it one star on this review if I didn't have to!!

    This place is awesome: I went in there and got one of the best deals of my life. Much nicer then a large dealership. More one on one time with salesman and with the sales managers as well. If you are looking for a place that you can feel like you can trust them this is the place.

    Wow! This dealership is the best I have ever been to! Very Freindly atmosphere. Very Freindly staff. They did not play games they were very honest and trustworthy. They fulfilled all of their promises. I would recommend going to Holiday Ford over any Ford Dealer! I am from LA and drove 100 miles to see them and I am glad I did!

    Will never go back!!: The ppl at Holiday were great when we bought our used car. Their serve department is terrible. I bought my car back in Oct. 2005 and I got a nasty letter in Jan.2006 saying that I owed them $45.00 for tags. If I did not pay it by Jan. 30, 06 they were going to send me to collections. If course I paid it. They said that they are not linked to the DMV to know the amount of the tags. I think that 1 1/2 yrs is just alittle to long to send a bill for something that is so small. They will no long get my business or any1 that I know. If I have problems with my car it goes to Jim Burke in the Auto Mall.
