La Fiesta

I LOVE La Fiesta. I have been eating there for over 20 years. They have the best Margarita's in town, bar none! If you find the food bland, then pile on the salsa. Delish! Love their chicken tacos and chicken tostadas. Lots of meat and very good. When we first started eating there, the service was awful, I will admit. But now, service is much better. Maybe they realized they were losing business because service was so slow. Anyway, it is MUCH faster now days. The food is always fresh and tasty. I will admit the phone rings off the hook, but just by observing that, you know their business is really good. They do a lot of take out orders. I just called in an order and the phone only rang 3 times before they picked up. And, my order will be ready in 15 minutes. all I can say is try it - and judge for yourself. There has to be some good reason why this restaurant is so popular and remains so busy.

I started going here a few years ago when El Pueblo starting having problems and it was pretty good and reasonably priced.

That has all changed. the prices are high, the quality of food and service is low. I find the food to be greasy, bathrooms dirty, small bugs in seats, the staff ignores us and the cook seems to run the show, and is not at all flexible anymore, even when I offer to pay extra.After we leave my stomach feels upset.

We often would phone in orders to go and often I would get home only to find that the order was incorrect or not ours at all. When I call them back they will not help me and tell me I must talk to a specific person, who never seems to be there.

It is so sad that people no longer understand the concept of customer service or have simply become too big and indifferent to care..

Customers work hard for their money and and expect the good service, good value , good quality and to feel welcomed and appreciated

My family and I no longer do business with LA Fiesta.and sadly there few options left for Mexican food in Hanford
