Long time customer, I spend about $60.00 a month at Papa Murphy's.
After a long hard day, in a lot of pain, yet I went to pick up a quick pizza and Pepsi for my family only to have them turn on me like a rabid dog when I presented them with a one hundred dollar bill.
They were kind enough to ask me to go next door to 7/11 and get change and come back. Real nice... let your neighbor take the risk for you!
Me and Ed's pulled this stunt with me last week and lost my business. What has happened to customer service and loyalty in our country?
Being in business is a risk, yet you turn away business because you are such cowards that you cannot even accept a $100.00 from your own customer. Grow some balls people! You just lost $500 a year in business from my family alone.
Twenty Dollar Bills are the counterfeiters bill of choice anyway I will no longer do business with any business who is too cowardly to accept a one hundred dollar bill.
PS round table was happy to take me bill and I was very surprised to find they make a very good take n bake pizza as well. was a pleasant change.Now let me go rip me & ed's while I on a roll.

I agree 100% They pulled the same crap on me a few weeks ago. 100's are like 20s now and everybody has them. If I have to go get change just to buy a pizza, I just wont buy pizza. It is not worth the hassle quite frankly. I never had a problem using 100s there before and you are right they do not deserve your business or my business. They quite simply do not care about customer service.It is obvious to me that papa murphy's has grown to such a point that they feel they can absorb the loss and no longer need customers who use 100 bills.
