    I was not impressed. I brought a formal dress in to have it shortened and taken in. It turned out shorter than I wanted, the hem line was not even, the sewing was not straight, and there were folds sewn into the hem that gave it a "wrinkled" appearance. When brought to their attention, the manager would not even talk to me about it. Even when given a chance to make it right, they didn't. I won't go back.

    Poor sewing skills: They not only were impolite they couldn't get any of their sewing straight.
