I was THRILLED with the service we received! They dealt with our insurance and claim promptly and let us know up front everything to expect and my car was actually finished a day early. I had some trepidation initially because my car is no longer manufactured (Oldsmobile) but my bumper was a perfect match and they did a fantastic job with the color. There was an older gentleman in when we picked up the car who was not happy with his insurance and even though it had nothing to do with them, Rodney sat and talked to him and answered all his questions and never rushed him. This business was such a pleasant surprise in an area where we have had a lot of disappointment.

Fast efficient and friendly: I can't believe it, Finally a bodyshop that understands what your going through. I was just in an accident and I was some what frazzled. They were so helpful and friendly. They took care of everything with my insurance company and gave me a ride to get my rental car. They made things so easy on me and they do absolutely beautiful work. I love franks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best experience I have ever had.: They were so hopeful in working with my insurance company and all of the repairs are guaranteed as long as I own my car. All the work came out beautiful and they were so fast in repairing my new Infiniti I was beyond happy.
