User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsWhen I was a kid in the 70's my mom would take me to Rosa's for my birthday. I moved away in 1985, but I return once a year to visit. Every year I return to Rosa's to eat again. Thank goodness it hasn't changed. I've eaten here over 30 years, never disappointed. I'll be back to eat again in April!
