User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI have met with clients here several times and they always seem to enjoy it. I get the lunch special and find it to be a good value as well as filling.
I also enjoy feeding the Koi Fish after my meal, the pond is very relaxing.

User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsMy husband took me to sushi and we found this place on line with good reviews. Much to our suprise we were greeted with the worst service we have ever had. It took an hour to get a plate of calimar tempur and 45 mins. for the rolls we had ordered to come and they only came to us after we asked another waitress about them. They came right out to us which means that they had been sitting and waiting for some time. Two couples had been seated had thier food and left by the time we got our meal. After we asked to have our bill adjusted due to the teriblle service the waitress who had acted like we were not even thier previosly was now in a mad dash to save her tip. We were offerd ice cream on the house twice after we told them that I was lactose intollerent. Finally they comped the price of our calimari, which in this diners opinion was not justice served. We will never eat here again and i urge you to do the same. If terible service and being made to sit starving for hours being even a morsal of food is brought to you then this is the place for you.

Maybe you went at a very busy time of the year. I have been there several times and have always got great service. One time the wait was very long so I had to leave but I understood that the Holiday months are the craziest. Sorry for your experience.
If it's wonderful sushi you are looking for in Visalia, try Gozen. Wonderful food and friendly staff.
