User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe customer service here is obscene. The owner "Jens" is the worst. These guys ignore you at the counter even when there are no other customers. They lie about waiting periods for parts just to get you to buy something. I love my v-star 650, but this dealership needs a class in business ethics and customer service.
