User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWill not use again.: First off, the poor rating was difficult to give this business, I wanted to give them an "Awful" rating, but thought I'd be generous since the initial contact went well.I needed a tire ordered and was told it would be delivered next day and they would give me a call. As it goes, I got no call the following day, or the day after. Finally, 3 days later I called them and was placed on hold for over 20 mins. After actually talking to someone, I gave them the tire info and name and was told they would check and get right back to me. 45 minutes later and still no call back. This to me is unacceptable business practice and poor customer service. I will not be giving this business another $$ out of my pocket! This place needs to learn about cusomer service.
****Update: 7 days later and I still have not heard a word from this business about the tire I ordered. Thats OK though, I wouldnt buy it now if they delivered to me and mounted it where the vehicle sits. You know, word of mouth can have as much or more affect on people than commercials. You can bet I'll be letting family and friends know about this experience.
