I have an extremely discerning eye when it comes to customer service, having trained as a restaurant manager in my early career and teaching in a customer-service oriented field now. San Luis Autobody (SLO branch) was above and beyond most of the service people I come in contact with on a daily basis. A case study in how to do it right! Kudos guys and thanks for a job well done!

I would recommend San Luis Autobody (Atascadero Branch) to anyone needing body work. When my car was in an accident my insurance wanted my car towed there to work with them directly. I had never heard of them & almost had it towed elsewhere. I'm glad I didn't they did an excellent job on my car! It looks great! They were always friendly, helpful and courteous. (It was a big job & they had for sometime.) They did all the paper work and made it very easy for me. They aren't the biggest shop in town, but they are the best! If I ever had to have more auto body work on my car I will go to them. They went the extra mile for me.
