    One of the more scenic courses in Bakersfield, Kern River Golf Course incorporates long challenging fairways and pin placements. Tee times are usually easy to get and walk-ons are quickly placed on the tee. The par threes can be long and unforgiving if you have an errant tee shot, but this can be made up for on the more easily played par fives.
    This course is usually found to be very quiet and fun to play for golfers of any skill level.
