    Poor Business Practices: I purchased a $2400 wall fountain. Instead of delivering a new fountain as promised, they delivered the five-year-old beat up display model which had been on the wall, running, covered in lime deposits and scale. No one called to tell me that they were going to try and pawn off a used model for a new one. Needless to say, I will never shop with them again. Unacceptable!
