They did handle my warranty work well, but I was nervous and hassled them first.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsVolkswagen service awful: I took my 2000 Passat in for its 80,000 mile tune up and was very unhappy. First we had noted to the technician that the blinkers were having issues, they said they could not duplicate, but a week later we had no blinkers at all and had to bring the car back in. When they rotated the tires one of the back rims was dented and they did not mention this to us, later it caused a wobbling sensation and so we had to bring it back in to determine the cause.
Overall the service staff was not very friendly or customer service savvy. I will not take my car back here.
