    We have been blockbuster customers for 12 years and rented/purchased from several locations within Bakersfield, LA, numerous northern California locations, and Fresno. This is by far the best location we have been to. The associates are helpful beyond just movie store necessary. & they always have interesting events to promote sales and new releases. I hope to never need another location!!!

    Never have new releases in stock. When I put my name on a waiting list, they lost the list once, and after I put my name back on, I saw them rent the movie to someone else without calling me. Very unhappy.
