User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTerrible customer service. It seems that you have to ask for help rather then them asking you. If you don't spend more than $100 or are not a white guy, prepare to be neglected, disrespected and treated like dirt. The fat guy with Elvis sideburns is a complete douche so steer clear from him. I tried to have my handgun transferred from out of state dealer cause it was 100 cheaper than 2nd amendment. The idiot behind the desk told me they charge 25 to receive handguns(shipping and handling) I then asked another gentlemen and he said he's never heard of that. So they tried to rip me off.
Ordered a handgun on the 10th of this month, it was delivered to 2nd on the 12th and I called and visited them(twice) asking if my handgun was in. They gave me bs and told me no for one whole week. I then brought a shipment confirmation and asked who told me it wasn't here. That guy ran off and couldn't be found. HORRIBLE service and unprofessional. They wouldn't know what professional is if it hit them dead in their faces.

he broke my upper and tryed to cover up his mistake with epoxy,
keep in mind nothing was said when i picked up my rifle. i took my rifle home and noticed the epoxy four days later. i called them since i live an hour away to file a complaint. the gun smith said he tryed to fix a crack that my rifle already had. keep in mind i know my rifle like the back of my hand. it was never cracked. if the rifle was already cracked why didnt he point it out to me on pick up. in my opinion the gun smith isnt a professional. very very sloppy work. its up to you if you want them to work on your guns. they wont ever touch mine.
also the salesperson can feed you lies. be sure you do your own research and not trust what they say. some of the sales persons are there just there to carry a concealed firearm and be cool.-

Better than average selection at the store. Good luck getting them to answer their phone (goes to automated operator for call back at their convience)
Take advantge of sales to get close to normal pricing. Would do more business with if not for above average pricing.
