User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsParts department prices way to high. They would not even give a couple dollar discount.The manager just said hey times are tough. GMC across the street was cheaper, offered a discount and was very helpfull.

I had the absolute worst service ever. I took my vehicle in for a recall concerning my brake lamps. My truck was finished in a couple of hours so i picked it up. The brake lights wouldnt go off so i called my salesman Will Medeveal he told me to bring the vehicle back the next day. I took it to him and he told me that i didnt know what i was talking about and theres nothing wrong with my truck. He tried talking to me like i was 12 years old. He told me they messed with the brake switch and nothing happen yet when i picked my truck up it was fixed. Now who is the lier if my truck didnt have any yet its fixed now. I will never return to the California store for anything. I will never recomend this place for anything. I tried to call the supervisor Mr. Sutton and nobody seems to care.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsTremendous Service: Buying a vehicle should always be this pleasant. I paid a fair price, and it was done without a lot of "sales" talk. Big plus.

This is a case of Once was and what it is today. This use to be a great place to make business. Now days, it's the exact opposite. I went there other day to get my oil changed. I waited for 15 minutes for someone to check me in. The entire time, nobody came to me and ask me if I needed help. I got the hint that they didn't want my business and took off. This place has really gone down hill.
