User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsExcellent!!! My company hosted a Fat Tuesday luncheon and the food was hot, on time, and wonderful! Everyone truly got into the spirit and enjoyed themselves - it was because the chicken was so moist, the hush puppies were spicy and yummy, and the Gumbo! AMAZING!!!! Thank you so much for all of your hospitality!

Phils restaurant is one of the finest Creole restarauts in California. The atmosphere fits one the quaint Bayou/Lousiana style restaurants. The atmosphere may deter you at first (I believe suits and ties may be prohibited, just kidding), but be prepared for some of the finest southern cooking available.
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starspoor sevice,skimpy portions: I'm local,decieded to try this place. We had to wait 20 mins before waiter came to our table. Food was not bad, but portions were a little lite(small) Paid too much for the food. Also, no refills on coffee! Get more/better wait staff. bigger portions please

I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but I can almost promise if you try it again you will not get service like that. We always offer as many refills on coffee as you can handle, and hopefully have gotten rid of anyone who would tell you that you couldn't have anymore refills. I hope you give us another chance! I'm sure you'll change your mind!
