Maybe the management has changed, but I received very good service. I ordered a pick-up "to go" order (BLT with cottage cheese) and everything was perfect. I travel throughout CA 5 days a week and I have to say the times my orders "to go" are correct is rare - and this is from restaurants such as Outback, Applebee's, etc. Although this is a quick, inexpensive chain restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised! I haven't patronized an IHOP in many years, but I will definitely keep this place in mind when I need a quick sandwich to go.

Looks nice on the inside, but bad service is all I need to say. My friend and I ordered, I ordered my cornbeef with toast instead of pancakes. When she dropped off the food she gave me pancakes and quickly left before I could remind her that I got toast. She didn't give us condiments, only had 1 set of silverware, had to go to the next table. I didn't like the cornbeef and hash but I couldn't exchange it for anything else because she never checked back on us! Had to go to the register for our ticket. Asked to speak to the manager but there was no manager running the place!!! Had to be the worst restaurant experience ever!. I would recommend Denny's next door instead, their service is very good, their food is better, and costs less money.
