Bagels leave bad taste in mouth from poor discriminating customer service! There is a particular elderly female employee who is short with medium dark hair that treated me with extreme rudeness and prejudice. She got our order wrong and made us feel like it was our fault. She rudely scolded me for reaching for my coffee cup. I watched as the next three customers retrieved their cups with no comments. EXTREMELY RUDE!
Would give 0 stars if possible

I can forgive the long wait, but on too many occasions I received poorly made drinks and bagels. On one occasion I caught a young man picking and wiping his nose on his hands then con't to work with the food. When I complained, I was dismissed. I was told "that wouldn't happen."

The customer service sucks. Be prepared to wait in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes plus. Getting what you pay for is a gamble. But you can guarantee they will have the tip cup out in plain view. Don't support this local business..I sure as hell will not.
