Poor management: An hour after vehicle was serviced, found oil puddle on driveway. Went back to have checked and when letting manager know my dissastisfaction, was told by manager to "Be quiet, I know how unhappy you are and I don't want to hear it. We'll fix it and you can just leave". Great PR work here. This is totally unacceptable behavior from a management position. As for some of the other employees, not bad service, polite, & apologetic. They were all that was keeping this from a 1 star rating.
