    My husband and I celebrated our 22nd anniversary yesterday and treated ourselves to dinner at the Outback. The food was delicious, I had prime rib and my husband had filet mignon with shrimp and scallops.
    The service was the best, and our server couldn't have been nicer. This is our 4th visit to this Outback and it has always been top notch. We can't wait to go back again!!

    For years, every time we came to town, we took friends and relatives to Outback.After moving here, we went many times, as much as weekly. But in the last 3 months or so, the quality of food and bad service has been so disappointing. I never received my salad(which is my main love there) until after the meal was served, even though I kept reminding my server. She had an excuse each time, even though my husband was served his at once. She then remarked, well, you can always take it home with you. I didn't go there for take-out and especially with a chopped salad, which would wilt on the way home. No apologies, just a cute remark.
    Twice I have had the toughest steak, even though I get the most expensive one on the menu. No comments, when I complain. Before, they were very happy to accomodate us; now, it seems as if the customer isn't that important. I have chosen to eat at other places now, and it makes me sad, because I was so thrilled with Outback for years, that I even bought some of their stock. Now, I've sold the stock and take my evenings out to other establishments.
